Using Your Mask For the First Time
- Hold the back of the grey strap behind your head
- Pull the front of the mask forward, stretching the headgear over your head
- Position the cushion under your nose and orange strap on the top of your head
- Connect the swivel to your CPAP hose
- Turn on your machine
- Pull the cushion away from the nose to loosen the headgear
- Push the cushion into the nose to tighten headgear
- Reposition the cushion if you experience air leaks
- If the cushion feels too tight try pushing the grey and yellow straps further apart
Notes
- The headgear can be adjusted by lengthening and shortening the side straps.
- The cushion should seal and feel comfortable under your nose.
- Your nose should never be inside the nasal cushion opening.
